NLP Success Systems focus has always been on delivering the most effective NLP training and business performance coaching for business and professional people.

This is reflected in everything NLP Success Systems does.

Some of our projects include

1. Development of the 'Success Programme',
This is a two week personal & business skills development programme, designed to assist people to achieve success.

Delivered within the following settings:
Ongoing rolling programme with Halton People into Jobs (HPIJ),
Halton Borough Council's flagship programme.

To date, over 100 two-week courses have been delivered to a variety of differently weighted groups. Funding has been secured until 2009.

A full research project was carried out with the initial groups
using a range of tests, which showed high movement
within the tested areas.

Specifically piloted with two groups of men, aiming to become HGV class 1 drivers, a group of women returnees, developing call centre skills (with a guaranteed interview option), two school groups under the HPIJ school adoption programme, and further pilots planned for the future, school leavers, and single parents.

The Programme has now been embraced by Ellesmere Port local employment charter, following initial pilot of 3 courses, the programme will be rolled out as a flagship programme with minimum delivery of one course per month, reaching a minimum of 15 clients.
