Our two day sporting excellence course is run twice a year being open to general public and by request to private organisations. The course is fun interactive and outlines the very latest tools and techniques to create the sporting game you want.

Individuals and groups learn and then apply NLP training techniques to meet individual and sports performance goals. Course are tailored to the nature of that sport. This course is action orientated not talk orientated and provides a dynamic boost to performance.

This course is for coaches and sports people at all levels who want to take more control of their game.

On this comprehensive course you will learn:

  • How the sporting mind works and how it can be run more effectively - giving you more control over how you feel.

  • How to dramatically enhance performance results by gaining control over your emotional states.
